We adhere to the standard PALS specification (1-inch webbing with 1-inch spacing). We use precise CNC cutting and template sewing to ensure every loop and strap aligns perfectly, preventing the “loose pouch” issue common with cheaper manufacturing.
Can we put our logo on every pouch?
Yes. For small items like pouches, we recommend small woven labels (side seam) or laser-cut loop fields (velcro) for patches. We can also do discreet rubberized logos or custom zipper pulls.
